(English text below) ALGEMENE VOORWAARDEN WORKSHOPS – De betaling van de workshop dient uiterlijk twee weken na ontvangst van de factuur te
zijn voldaan. Bij boeking binnen twee weken vóór de workshopdatum voldoet de cursist
het lesgeld uiterlijk één dag na ontvangst van de factuur.
- Bij annulering door de cursist wegens ziekte of andere gewichtige omstandigheden wordt
in overleg een vervangende workshopdatum afgesproken. Het cursusgeld wordt niet
geretourneerd.
- Annuleert een cursist voor een tweede keer, dan vervalt het recht op een vervangende
workshopdatum. Het cursusgeld wordt niet geretourneerd.
- Indien de cursist zonder kennisgeving afwezig is, wordt het lesgeld niet geretourneerd. De cursist kan evenmin aanspraak maken op een vervangende workshopdatum.
- Bij annulering door de workshopgever heeft de cursist de keuze uit het afspreken van
een vervangende workshopdatum of teruggave van het lesgeld.

GENERAL TERMS AND CONDITIONS WORKSHOPS – Payment for the workshop must be made no later than two weeks after receipt of the invoice. When booking within two weeks before the workshop date, the participant pays the tuition fee no later than one day after receipt of the invoice.
- In the event of cancellation by the participant due to illness or other serious
circumstances a replacement workshop date will be agreed on. The workshop fee will not
be refunded.
- If a participant cancels for a second time, the right to a replacement date no longer holds.
The workshop fee will not be refunded.
- If the participant is absent without notice, the workshop fee will not be refunded.
The participant is also not entitled to a replacement date.
- In the event of cancellation by the workshop provider, the participant has the choice
between choosing a replacement workshop date or a refund of the workshop fee.
